Unlocking User Engagement Insights

Businesses often struggle to understand their customer base, leading to ineffective marketing strategies and missed growth opportunities. This project addresses the challenge of customer segmentation by utilizing real-world datasets in Power BI. The process involves importing, cleaning, and transforming customer data using Power Query, followed by creating interactive visualizations to identify distinct customer segments. By tackling this problem, participants will gain essential skills in data segmentation and visualization, enabling data-driven decision-making and the development of targeted marketing strategies.

Sales Performance Analysis

I’m excited to share one of my recently completed projects, a comprehensive Sales Performance Analysis built using Power BI. This Power BI dashboard was designed to help businesses make data-driven decisions by visualizing key metrics related to sales, profit, customer segments, and shipping performance. The analysis covers revenue distribution across regions, order priorities, product profitability, and the impact of discounts and shipping costs on overall performance.

Sales and Customer Insights Analysis for RMS Stores using Excel

RMS, a London-based office supplies and furniture company, needs a Business Intelligence Analyst to analyze their order data from 2009-2012. The Liverpool division requires a comprehensive Excel-based analysis focusing on sales performance, customer insights, shipping costs, and regional dynamics. The analyst must create well-structured pivot tables and charts to address 11 specific case scenarios, including identifying top-performing product categories, analyzing customer segments, evaluating shipping methods, and developing an interactive dashboard with key performance indicators. The goal is to provide actionable insights to help management make informed business decisions.

Ondocares Web Application

Ondocares is a web application with both a public website and an administrative dashboard. It monitors and reports on the disbursement of COVID-19 relief packages in Ondo State, Nigeria, through a program called OD-CARES (Ondo State COVID-19 Action Recovery and Economic Stimulus). Ondocares oversees and tracks the distribution of economic stimulus and social welfare programs funded by the World Bank across different constituencies in Ondo State, providing transparency and accountability around COVID-19 relief spending. The website provides public information, while the dashboard enables administrative reporting and accountability.

Computerized Examination System (CES)

CES is an automated examination management system designed to simplify and streamline the traditional manual exam process for educational institutions and professional certification bodies. The software provides three core user categories: administrator, examiner/teacher, and student, each with distinct access privileges. The system aims to provide a comprehensive exam creation and execution platform that minimizes manual processes while maintaining strict exam control and standards. Core differentiators are automated exam timing, execution, grading, and reporting, along with anti-cheating randomizations.

Computer Based Test

The exam software allows an administrator to create and store exam papers in a database with customized parameters such as duration and number of questions. Instructors can then schedule exam sessions by assigning stored exam papers to individual students. Students take exams on their personal terminals, with each student receiving a randomized set of questions pulled from the selected exam paper to ensure uniqueness. The software includes timers for exams, which automatically submit a student's work when time expires. Both students and instructors are authenticated users with specific access privileges. Core modules include user management, exam configuration, session management, automated exam execution, and reporting. The system aims to enable hands-off, instantly scored exams in academic and professional settings while preventing cheating through question randomization and timed auto-submission.

Taxi Capturing App

The system creates a central database for Ondo State to register and track taxi vehicles and drivers, serving dual purposes of improving security via real-time tracking of vehicles as well as generating revenue for the government through administering the registration program. Key identifiers assigned per vehicle enable the lookup of owners and drivers.

Inventory and e-Receipt

This is a business management software covering inventory, transactions, and reporting for buying and selling operations to simplify work flows and provide visibility. Key functions are stock control with restock alerts, rapid POS through receipt generation, and sales insights.

Payroll Auditing

This software was designed to provide standardized auditing of payroll processes through automation, reducing errors, improving compliance, and optimizing the payroll function. It identify errors, and inconsistencies.
